Fritter as a Flower girl!

Some of our sweet friends from church got married on Saturday & we were so honored that they asked Fritter, along with her friend Emmalyne, to be flower girls in their wedding! We had a fun time picking out matching dress, shoes & bows & it was so sweet to see my baby girl do so good going down the aisle!
We started the morning off with our first time to put hot rollers in our hair & she loved it. She stood so still and watched very intently as I put each on in her hair. Even though the curl didn't stay it was fun to get all girly! :-)

At the church, putting on their dresses!
Pretty girl all dressed & ready!

I love this sweet picture of them peeking in the church doors waiting for their turn to go! :-)

Here they come!!
They did so good throwing out all of their petals! We were so impressed! lol
Sweet girls taking a rest!
Having fun dancing at the reception!

Smiling with a happy & proud mommy!

They did so good & we were so impressed how well they did! I was so scared she was just going to take off the other way or not want to go down the aisle at all, but they did great! She is all about this wedding business now & kept saying all day, "This is my wedding!" LOL So if anyone needs a flower girl, I'm sure my Fritter would love to do it again! :-)

Well off to bed for the start of a busy week!
Happy Sunday!

New Items in my Etsy shop!

I've been busy lately working on some new items for my Etsy shop, The Fancy Fritter, and I'm so excited to finally get them listed! My friend, Hannah, has recently started her own photography business & took some pictures of my little Fritter modeling some of the items I made. I love how they turned out!

Fritter showing some sass!
You can find this outfit listing here:  Modern Meadow Skirt Set

Smiling with my sweet (not-so-much a baby anymore) girl!

Sweet picture in the Brown Floral Vintage Knot Dress. I found the trim and bodice fabric from an antique store & you can see how it was made in England many, many years ago! :-)
You can find the listing for this dress here: Brown Floral Vintage Knot Dress

Sweet pose in a dress I made from a vintage pillowcase, clunky lace, & crocheted flower I found in thrift & antique stores.

You can see the listing for this dress here: Vintage Yellow Floral Dress

I love this sweet picture of me and my Fritter! These pictures have made it very obvious to me that she is growing up way to fast! :-)

If you're local & need some pictures done, you should contact Hannah! This is her blog: http://hannahhough.blogspot.com/ and this is her website: http://www.hannahhough.com/ . Thanks, Hannah!

Let me know if you're interested in any of the items listed!
Thanks!

Fun at the State Fair

Last Friday night, my good friend, Evie, invited Fritter & I & my friend, Kara, & her boys to the Louisiana State Fair & we had a blast! I had not been in years, so I was so excited! They have the little Kiddie Korral area with all the children's rides & she loved riding EVERY SINGLE ride! :-)

Smiling with her friend, Cullen, waiting to head into the fair!
Riding on the train ride with her friend, Emmalyne! :-)
My motorcycle girl!
Riding the teacup with mommy! :-)
(She kept wanting to get in the teapot in the middle! lol)
Trying to get a group shot of our cute kiddos! HA!

Watching the big Tiger!

And of course, we had to get a huge Fair Ice Cream cone! She was one happy girl! :-)

We had a blast and ended up staying almost 6 hours!! LOL
We can't wait to go again next year!
